ERRRRR! What do you get when you cross a pirate, a pet store owner, and a cannibal? Well, besides the most ill-conceived character in television history that is. You get Elliot Wong, the owner of Elliot Wong's Heavy Pet-ting pet store. There's no telling if Wong was a pirate who took up pet storing or a pet store owner who took up pirating, but chances are he's insane either way.
Slick and Doctor Leon came to Elliot Wong when they were looking to buy a replacement for Elvis' fish Bananers. After haggling with him for the sole remaining goldfish in the store (that Wong "smuggled in his blunderbuss... yo ho ho"), Wong unsuccessfully tried to eat Slick and Doctor Leon.
Elliot Wong is portrayed by Chris Yong.
