Silvan Summers
Silvan Summers is the sleazy, scruffy owner of the seventh largest boxing league in the state. Always looking to make a quick buck, Summers would cut open his own mother to sell the kidney. While his personable traits are less than admirable, Summers does his best to keep his organization out of the red, which isn't easy given his cocaine habit. Summers does respect the referee talents of Slick Monty, even if a giant fly isn't the most telegenic thing in the world.
Silvan Summers is portrayed by Jeff Stebbins.
